Applicants for the leader/guide position have to endure a strict process of selection that entails a comprehensive application review and different stages of interviews with the top managers of our travel company. Many of our present leaders are lecturers and professionals with a bachelor’s and often a master’s degree in history, architecture, art history, tourism management, etc. Candidates who have already been selected as our tour guides/leaders are familiar with their tasks; they are committed to being professional, friendly, flexible, resilient, resourceful, and proactive.
